The adjacent plates of the HBR series heat exchanger are arranged and stacked at an angle of 180T and welded into a whole. The heat exchange of cold and hot fluid is carried out on both sides of each plate. All-welded heat exchangers are all welded by argon arc welding due to the main component of the heat exchange-the plate bundle, without any seals, and the sealing between the plate runners is completely welded with the same welding material as the plate material. Therefore, in addition to having the same high heat exchange efficiency as the detachable plate heat exchanger, and because its seal does not use elastic non-metallic materials, it can adapt to the working occasions where the medium temperature is dOOt and the pressure is 3.0Mpa. The range of suitable working media is also greatly expanded, and at the same time, it can extend the safe use period and reduce maintenance costs. The plate is made of stainless steel, titanium and other materials after being molded, and the surface is smooth and clean. Combined with the unique flow channel, the fouling tendency of the working surface is small and easy to clean. In order to adapt to different usage requirements, the aspect ratio of the heat exchange plate can be determined through optimized design.
