Installation of plate heat exchanger
1、 Assembly of panel heat exchanger components
The parts assembly shall be carried out in the following order when the parts are shipped and assembled on site by the user of the manufacturer, or when the plate-type heat exchanger is disassembled and assembled by the service equipment:
1. Carefully read the accompanying documents (certificate, material certificate, flow chart, assembly drawing, packing list, etc.).
2. Ensure that the materials of plates, nozzles and gaskets meet the anti-corrosion requirements of the medium in the heat exchanger.
3. Verify whether all parts are complete and whether the model and size match the drawing.
4. Wipe the spacing slot of the board, evenly apply glue, stick the partition board, fold the board neatly, and press out a certain weight.
5. Assemble according to the design flow chart and clamp according to the specified sequence.
6. Hydraulic test shall be conducted unilaterally. The test pressure is 1.25 times the design pressure of the equipment. Compress for 30min and check all sealed welding parts. It is qualified if there is no leakage.
2、 User system installation
The system installation of the user refers to the installation of the equipment delivered by the manufacturer as the user or the equipment repaired by the user on the application site. This should be done in the following order:
1. Place the equipment on the foundation and fix the anchor bolts.
2. Check whether the pipe air conditioning, fruit body inlet and outlet and equipment handover are consistent. Considering the convenience of maintenance, it is recommended to use a shorter part when connecting pipes and heat exchangers.
3. The heat exchanger is cold and hot. Thermometers and pressure gauges shall be installed at the inlet and outlet of the fruit body.
3、 Warm reminder from the plate heat exchanger manufacturer, the equipment installation precautions are as follows
1. Pay attention to the center of gravity of the equipment during hoisting.
2. When pasting the gasket in the gasket slot, please ensure that there is no sand, oil, iron, flux and other debris in the slot between the gasket and the gasket.
3. Tighten the bolts evenly and measure the distance between the two pressure plates continuously to ensure that the parallelism deviation between the two pressure plates does not exceed 3mm. Clamp to the specified size, achieve proper parallelism, avoid gasket offset, or do not push out the gasket slot. At the same time, while clamping, carefully check to see if there is any dislocation of gasket and board.
4. Hydraulic test fluid generally uses water, and the water temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃. The pressure shall be increased slowly during the test.
