1、 Unpacking.
For newly purchased removable plate heat exchangers, they should be unpacked first. Generally, removable plate heat exchangers are packed in wood. When unpacking, you must confirm whether the wooden box is placed in the correct position, because when the equipment is in the wooden box, the fixed baffle surface is generally set downward, and the center of the equipment is below. Therefore, do not roll the case at will to avoid personal injury and equipment damage.
When unpacking, first use tools to remove the top plate, and then remove the surrounding plates in turn. The plate at the bottom of the plate and the heat exchanger are fixed together. The fixed iron sheet needs to be disconnected. At this time, the unpacking document can be taken out. Please pay attention to saving. So far, unpacking has been completed.
2、 Transportation.
Before lifting the removable plate heat exchanger, it shall be lifted correctly. During the lifting process, attention shall be paid to protecting the heat exchanger to avoid collision and falling accidents.
3、 Installation.
The removable plate heat exchanger produced by the factory is generally delivered as a complete machine, which can be directly installed and used on site.
The installation of the foundation is mainly for the horizontal installation of the heat exchanger, which is conducive to the connection of the pipeline and the convenience of future repair and maintenance. Therefore, the installation of the foundation is based on the on-site inspection. When leaving the factory, the removable plate heat exchanger has been configured with three anchors, and a foundation installation dimension drawing is prepared for the user when packing. The user can prepare the foundation embedded parts according to the physical object and the installation dimension drawing, and tighten the anchor bolts during installation, To avoid starting vibration affecting the performance of heat exchanger and causing damage. During installation, no external force shall be exerted on the heat exchanger to avoid deformation and affect normal operation.
When connecting the piping, the user should pay special attention to the connection position of the inlet and outlet piping at the hot side and the cold side. When designing and selecting the heat exchanger, the design parameter table should indicate the inlet and outlet of the hot and cold media. The installation personnel should confirm the function of each piping to facilitate the connection work. Before connecting the piping, carefully check whether there is any hard debris in the flow passage to avoid blocking or reducing the heat exchange efficiency during operation.
