2. Close the two water inlet valves of the removable plate heat exchanger. No matter what medium is used, the valve needs to be closed.
3. Measure the distance between baffles of heat exchanger and make records.
4. Remove the removable plate heat exchanger, drain the medium in the equipment, remove it in the specified order, make records, and do not damage the sealing gasket and plate. The specifications and models of each manufacturer are different, and the matters needing attention are also different.
5. During cleaning, the plates shall be cleaned piece by piece, soaked and cleaned, and the high-pressure cleaning shall be carried out under the specified pressure.
6. After treatment, put it back into the baffle of the plate heat exchanger in the original order, pay attention to the front and back sides, and then fasten the clamping bolts, but do not be too tight, otherwise the plate will be easily damaged.
7. Open the water outlet valve and water inlet valve of the removable plate heat exchanger to check whether there is water leakage. If there is no water leakage, please clean it according to the instructions.
