The one-way flow of the sealing gasket of the plate heat exchanger refers to the heat transfer medium entering from the hole flow at the left edge.
We are familiar with the gasket of plate heat exchanger. You may not be familiar with its installation method. Today we are talking about three general installation methods of plate heat exchanger gasket. I hope that the sealing gasket of plate heat exchanger can be easily installed.

The sealing gasket of plate heat exchanger can be divided into three types according to the installation method.
(1) Direct pasting is to apply sealant on the sealing gasket and directly paste it onto the installation groove of the heat exchange plate.
(2) Design the rubber nail inlay, that is, the installation hole on the heat exchange pipe, design the rubber nail at the edge of the gasket, put the gasket into the installation slot, and then nail the inlay nail into the installation hole.
(3) The design buckle, that is, the buckle at the edge of the gasket, is used to install the gasket buckle into the heat exchange plate.
For the above three methods, the sticker gasket has simple structure and is easy to process, but it is difficult to install and disassemble. The structure of inlay and buckle gasket is complex and the processing is complicated, but the installation and disassembly are relatively easy. The sealing of plate heat exchanger can be divided into symmetrical and asymmetrical types according to the sectional shape of the product. The symmetrical type is generally applied to the plate with diagonal flow. The upper and lower sealing surfaces are flat, symmetrical along the water plane, and can be installed before and after. Asymmetric ground is plane, and the meeting surface can be plane, curved surface, slope, etc.
The expression of the gasket of the plate heat exchanger is also different according to the use. For example, if the user wants to obtain higher heat exchange efficiency, the commonly used seal is in the form of diagonal flow. In order to reduce costs, one-way flow will be used. Next, let's see how the seal of plate heat exchanger is displayed under different conditions. The plate of plate heat exchanger is divided into one-way flow and diagonal flow according to the heat transfer medium flow format, so the gasket of plate heat exchanger is divided into one-way flow and diagonal flow according to the heat transfer medium flow format.
The one-way flow of the sealing gasket of the plate heat exchanger refers to the heat transfer medium entering from the hole flow at the left edge. Like the heat transfer medium entering from the hole flow at the right edge, the heat transfer medium entering from the hole flow at the left edge comes from the hole flow at the left edge. Diagonal flow refers to the fluid flowing from the right edge hole to the left edge hole, or the fluid flowing diagonally from the left edge hole to the right edge hole. In terms of heat exchange efficiency, diagonal flow is better than unilateral flow, but the cost of using unilateral flow is relatively low. Therefore, if the heat exchange efficiency can be met, unilateral flow is usually used.
