After cleaning, the plate heat exchanger needs to be assembled. During assembly, the fixed plate and the movable plate should be cleaned first, and then the plates should be connected according to the heat exchanger flow chart. After the connection is completed, the tensioning bolts should be tightened diagonally to maintain the size of the removed heat exchanger. In addition, the assembled heat exchanger shall be pressure tested. If there is no leakage after the test, it is deemed to be qualified.
Compared with plate-shell heat exchanger and tubular heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger has a very important feature, that is, its disassemblability. If the heat exchanger has problems such as aging and cracking, the heat exchanger can be disassembled and the service life of the heat exchanger can be greatly improved. However, the sealing adopts the form of plate heat exchanger gasket. If the rubber strip has problems such as aging and cracking, and the rubber strip needs to be replaced, how to replace the rubber strip gasket?
First remove the heat exchanger. It is not much to say here. Generally, the heat exchanger is of the hanging pad type or the adhesive pad type. When replacing the plate, you need to use a screwdriver or thin blade to roll up the plate and gently tear it off. For the residual glue in the gasket groove, use a stainless steel wire brush or stainless steel cleaning ball with the solution to carefully brush it gently, and then rinse it with clean water.
After removing the sealing gasket of the plate heat exchanger, it is also necessary to carry out macroscopic cleaning inspection on the sheet, and if necessary, conduct light transmission, coloring or permeability inspection, and any sheet shall not have the following defects:
1. The surface shall be free of dents, scratches, dents, burrs, etc., and their thickness shall not exceed the tolerance.
2. The depth deviation of ripple and washer shall not be too large.
3. There is no corrosion perforation or crack in the heat exchange part of the thin plate and the dense honeycomb groove. If there is corrosion or crack in the heat exchange part of the thin plate, it can be carefully repaired by argon arc welding or grinding.
4. If a new adhesive strip is to be pasted, it is necessary to wipe the plate heat exchanger gasket and the plate sealing groove with a clean cloth. If necessary, it is necessary to blow the plate sealing groove further with a blower to ensure that there are no impurities between the plate and the sealing groove, such as water, gravel, oil, etc., which will affect the sealing.
5. After evenly applying the adhesive, quickly spread the clean new gasket, place the adhesive in the correct direction in the plate-shaped sealing groove, evenly fit it, and gently press it with your hands.
6. If the gasket of the hanging pad type plate heat exchanger is used, the rubber strip claw shall also be installed at the corresponding position of the plate.
7. Put the plates with sealant strips into curing, check one by one after curing, fill the unqualified plates with glue and take other measures, clean up the peeling strips and paste them again.
